Domiciliary Care

Adka Independence currently provides a domiciliary care service for people living within their own homes with support needs to help them maintain a level of independence that they want. Our service provides an outlet for people to be more self-managing within only the require need for support being in place. This enables them to choose how they would like to be supported ensuring it fits within the individuals lifestyle, meets their needs, wishes and aspirations and allows them to choose the level of care/support in please.

We also pride ourselves on using the consistent approach model which enables us to be more person centred in our approach to delivering a bespoke service to people within the community by “meeting independence with independence” to ensure that the people using our service are at the forefront of everything we do.

Adka Independence since established have not provided “short calls” meaning we will not provide calls under 1 hour duration this is because as a company we don’t feel you can provide a person centred level of care in such a short period. With an hour being the minimum we then have the time to check on the service user without rushing and ensure their needs are met within each visit.
